Quality Club Standards

This session will present, via a group of 3 panelists, 3 structures and programs that have been developed to increase the quality of the programming taking place at the club level.

The scope will go from a program developed by a collective of 5 NSFs in partnership with True Sport that could be implemented throughout the Canadian sport system as it is multi‐context and generic in its overall structure supplemented by several technical standards that would remain the domain of the NSO/PSO. This will be followed by an NSO presenting a second generation quality skill development program called RBI by Baseball Canada. Finally, a PSO presentation of a quality club development and monitoring program developed by the Ontario Soccer Association will be shared with the participants. An open period for questions regarding all three programs will conclude the session.
